Ensuring the highest quality of services provided to our clients, and acting in compliance with legal requirements, IDEALCO Sp. z o.o. has introduced a privacy policy consistent with the principles set out by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR). We declare that the personal data obtained from our clients:

  • We process only the data that is necessary for us.
  • We ensure that your data is up-to-date, reliable, and consistent with the facts.
  • We ensure the confidentiality and security of your data.

WHO IS THE CONTROLLER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS, FOR WHAT PURPOSES, AND WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

Personal data is collected for the purpose of effective performance of Lease Agreements and Agreements for the provision of rental property management services to which the controller will be a party. We collect the following personal data (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(c)):

  • Personal identification data (PESEL, NIP, first name, surname, identity document details, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, citizenship)
  • Contact and address details
  • Employment information

HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS THE DATA?

  • Data will be processed for the duration of the agreement, and after its termination, until the expiry of the limitation period for claims.
  • If the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of acts or specific provisions of law, the data will be stored for the period specified in those acts and regulations.
  • If the processing of data takes place on the basis of the consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a)), until the consent is withdrawn. Consent can be withdrawn in any form by contacting info@idealco.pl
  • If the processing is necessary for the purposes of the effective functioning of the company resulting from the legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 6(1)(f)), for a period of 10 years. The data subject may object to such a decision of the controller by contacting info@idealco.pl

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Access to your data will be granted to our employees, subcontractors, and entities providing services to us to the extent necessary for the performance of the lease agreement, lease management agreement, as well as the parties to the lease agreements concluded by IDEALCO Sp. z o.o.

Your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:

  • Authorized employees and associates of IDEALCO Sp. z o.o.
  • Web portals specializing in real estate advertising and trade
  • Companies providing: IT services, accounting services, legal and debt collection services, renovation and construction services
  • Real estate brokerages and property management companies
  • Parties concluding lease agreements and property management agreements
  • Tax Offices and ZUS (Social Insurance Institution) based on specific provisions of law.

Rights of our clients under the GDPR:

  • You have the right to access the content of your data and to rectify, erase, or restrict its processing, as well as the right to object, request cessation of processing and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights, you can report such a need to the Data Controller or send an application to the address: IDEALCO sp. z o.o., al. Jana Pawła II 43a/37b, 01-001 Warsaw or electronically: info@idealco.pl.
  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  • Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the goal specified in point 2 of the clause and to perform the agreement. If the data is not provided, it will not be possible to achieve the purpose specified in point 2 of the clause and to perform the agreement.
  • The recipients of the data will only be institutions authorized by law.
  • The data provided by you will not be subject to profiling, nor will decisions be taken in an automated manner based on this data.
  • The data controller has no intention of transferring personal data to a third country or an international organization.
  • Personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years, counting from the beginning of the year following the year in which consent to the processing of personal data was granted.

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I consent to the processing of my personal data by the data controller: IDEALCO sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (01-001), al. Jana Pawła II 43a/37b, registered in the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000362762, NIP number: 7010246605, for the purpose of concluding and performing a lease agreement in the “STUDENT HOUSE DOMANIEWSKA” facility, i.e., the building located at: 02-672 Warsaw, ul. Domaniewska 12.

  • I provide personal data voluntarily and declare that it is true.
  • I have read the content of the information clause, including information on the purpose and methods of processing and sharing personal data, as well as the right to access the content of my data and the right to correct it.
