How to book a room at Student House dormitory?
You can book a room in the private Student House dormitory in Warsaw:
- through the booking form on the website;
- by email: info@student-house.pl;
- by phone: +48 534 555 453;
- in person — by visiting the selected dormitory and viewing the room on site.
After a preliminary reservation, you will receive detailed information and photos of the specific room.
What is included in the room rental price?
The rental price at Student House includes rent, utilities, and Internet access.
Can I have guests in the dormitory?
Yes. Guests are allowed according to the rules specified in the dormitory regulations.
What is the duration of accommodation contracts?
Usually, the contract is signed for the academic year. Shorter-term options are also available, for example, for Erasmus students. During the summer period (July–September), we offer short-term accommodation as well.
Can the accommodation contract be terminated early?
The accommodation contract at Student House is a fixed-term agreement and generally remains valid for the entire contract period. However, early termination is possible by mutual agreement, provided that a new tenant is found (either independently or through Student House — if all other rooms in the dormitory are occupied).
Is a deposit (security deposit) required, and when is it refunded?
Yes. The deposit equals one month’s rent and is paid upon moving into the room. The deposit is not considered the first or last rental payment and is held by Student House until the end of the rental period. After the accommodation period ends, the deposit is refunded to the student within 30 days.
Does Student House assist with visa applications?
Yes. After signing the contract and making the first payment, we issue a booking confirmation required for obtaining a visa.
Is Student House dormitory in Warsaw safe?
Yes. The private Student House dormitories are under video surveillance and protected by a security agency. Only residents have access to the buildings. We care about the safety and comfort of our students.
Can I return to the dormitory at any time?
Yes. You may return at any time, as each resident has their own room key and an access code for entering the building.
Are quiet hours enforced?
Yes. Quiet hours and community living rules apply in the dormitory.
What age students can stay at Student House?
During the academic year, Student House is exclusively for students. We welcome bookings from individuals aged 17 to 30 years old. Exceptions may be made in special circumstances.
Is there a laundry room and cleaning equipment on site?
Yes. Vacuum cleaners can be borrowed free of charge from the administrator. Additional room cleaning services can also be ordered. Each dormitory has a laundry room (at Student House Kazimierzowska, the service is paid).
Where is Student House located?
The private Student House dormitories are located at:
- 11 Kazimierzowska Street, Mokotów, Warsaw
- 12 Domaniewska Street, Mokotów, Warsaw
Both dormitories are located close to universities and public transportation stops.
How can I get to the university?
Both properties are located near метро stations, tram lines, and bus routes, making it easy to travel quickly to universities and the city center. A detailed list of routes is available below on the website.
